Fortitude Capital is investing in Senior Club, the first independent Senior Living project in Portugal

Lisbon, Portugal, October 30^th, 2025 – Fortitude Capital SCR, a leading Portuguese private equity firm, is adding to the portfolio an investment in Senior Club, a vehicle that is currently developing an alternative real estate portfolio in the segment of Senior Independent Living (non-assisted Senior Living).

Senior Independent Living is an untapped market segment in Portugal while in Europe it has a proven business model with strong growth and profitability.

The project assumes the acquisition, development and operation of a portfolio of senior residences in the main urban areas of Lisboa and Porto, where demand for affordable and quality senior living solutions is thriving.

The vehicle is managed by our operational partner Reventures.
